Just six steps to the sand, the eighteen Beach front Bungalows offer spectacular views of the Cook Islands and offer guests private outdoor sun decks, king size beds, indoor and outdoor day beds, and a beach shower. The Beach front Suites boast of all features of Beach Front Bungalows and are six individual buildings nestled on Aitutaki's sandy beach and surrounded by magnificent tropical flower gardens. They offer panoramic views over the lagoon. The Beachfront Villas are beautifully designed split level spacious Villas perched on a spectacular black volcanic rock.

These three Villas offer sensational views from the outdoor private double sun decks and private outdoor garden bathrooms.
