The gourmet restaurant lends itself perfectly as an exclusive retreat from the island. A superb selection of unsurpassed gourmet dishes capturing only the best of European cuisines are offered alongside the finest selection of Raffles private-label caviar. Godhal Beach Bar & Grill is a casual hot spot for guests during the day with its beautiful views of the ocean and unspoiled coral reefs of Canouan. Innovative and flavorful Caribbean-Cuban dishes make up the casual menu complemented by Caribbean cocktails, and a fine selection of healthy drinks, waters and juices.
Adjacent to La Piazza, Bellini’s is the resort’s signature bar. Cascading water features, as well as views of the golf course and Mount Royal await guests while they enjoy a selection of fine cocktails and signature Bellinis. Designer canapés, Italian-style tapas, pasta samplers and creative tasting portions of the catch of the day play to please the palate. The Jambu Bar is the Martini-Prosecco bar at the beachfront pool and offers a new world wine list with many of the best Proseccos Italy has to offer.

Set distinctively in the center of one of the Caribbean’s longest outdoor pools, the swim-up Pool Bar is covered under exquisite Palapa roofs. Raffles Resort’s signature Amrita Spa features specially designed indoor/outdoor treatment rooms – two are set in the ocean above the coral reef, and are accessible by boat just off the private jetty of Amrita Spa. The other treatment rooms are dotted along the hillside with stunning views of the Caribbean. Spa treatments have been inspired by the resort’s setting and the Eastern philosophies for which Amrita Spas are known for. The Trump International Golf Club is home to the resort's challenging 18-hole, par 72 golf course, designed by Jim Fazio.
